Flow-injection – Composite veneers – hand-on

Flow Injection Technique does not require tooth preparation (grinding) as is the case with ceramic veneers. However, it does require appropriate preparation of the tooth surfaces where the restoration will be performed. A transparent silicone index facilitates your work and ensures a predictable treatment outcome for the patient.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

• distinguish between indications for performance of work in flow-injection technique,
• use adhesion when working with flow-type materials,
• apply traditional and digital workflow techniques in flow injection treatments,
• assess the correctness of wax-up,
• make transparent splints for the flow injection technique,
• plan the function for your composite veneers
• make composite veneers in the maxillary anterior region using the flow injection technique,
• apply different modification of technique in different clinical situations

Thanks to the theoretical part,  you have the opportunity to replay the course multiple times to adequately prepare for the practical stationary part and to review the theory after the training is completed. With the extensive practical stationary part, you will learn techniques that allow for impressive and efficient execution of composite veneers with up to 4 different flow-injection technique modifications.

• finishing and polishing.

All participants will make 6 composite veneers with different modifications of the flow-injection technique:

• single tone,
• cut-back technique,
• layer technique,
• tone mixing.
